Did I find the best shapewear??

It is no secret that I wear shapewear. I love my shapewear!

Why? Because I am a big girl (UK size 20/22) I got wobbly bits that move when I move and I don't like that much. I have carried 3 children, I have had weight changes in my life and I'm simply getting older so things aren't as tight anymore. I love shapewear because it allows me to smooth out my silhouette a little and it keeps everything in place, just the way I like it! I wear shapewear on my days off, I wear shapewear to the gym, I wear it every where and every day. Because I wear it in all the outfits I share on my platforms and my YouTube channel I am often asked which brand is my favourite and which I actually wear. My favourite brand is an amazon brand called Delimera and it is the only brand I use. I discovered it by chance, bought some, fell in love with it and later ended up being gifted some shapewear by the brand and decided to make a video about it. I have used it for years now and it has stood the test of time hence why I thought id tell you about it here. The video is older now, my body different but I still love it and still use the very same brand to this day.

When I feel I need a bit more coverage, especially if I need to dress up, or need to avoid chub rub, I like wearing the shapewear with legs.
